Quad Capital’s leadership team has experience investing in and operating real estate across various strategies, market cycles, and asset classes on behalf of institutions and private capital.
Seth Martin is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Quad Capital Partners and Principal of First Martin Corporation. From 2009 to 2020, Martin was the President of Pritzker Realty Group, a $2.0Bn institutional real estate investment platform focused on the multifamily and industrial sectors throughout the US and Mexico. Prior to Pritzker, he founded Martin Capital Group, a predecessor to Quad Capital, and was a Vice President at AREA Property Partners (formerly Apollo Real Estate Advisors L.P.) where he mainly focused on investments in Europe and completed over $3 billion worth of transactions in seven different countries.
From 1997 to 1999, Martin was a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Department at J.P. Morgan and before that an Associate with Hines. Martin graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Modern European Studies. He is a former member of the National Multihousing Council, Real Estate Roundtable and Pension Real Estate Association and is a current member of YPO and the Chiaravalle Montessori School Finance Committee.
Michael Martin is Principal and Chief Operations Officer of Quad Capital Partners, and the President of First Martin Corporation, an Ann Arbor based real estate development and management firm. Prior to returning to Ann Arbor in 2005, Martin worked as a portfolio manager in asset services for the commercial real estate firm CBRE in New York City, a construction superintendent for Ann Arbor based general contractor O’Neal Construction as well as in Chicago with his brother at Martin Capital Group.
In addition to his role as President of First Martin Corporation, Martin has served on the board of directors at the Bank of Ann Arbor ($4.1 billion community bank) since 2011. Active in the local non-profit community, Martin is currently on the board of UMS (University Musical Society) as well as serving as past Chair of the Board of Arbor Hospice and board member of Big Brother and Big Sisters. Martin earned a B.A. in History from Kenyon College, is a two-time NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) graduate, YPO member and is currently part of the Presidents Program at Harvard Business School (HBS).
Dan Kennelly joined Quad Capital Partners as Vice President responsible for investment management and development activities primarily within Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to joining Quad Capital, Kennelly was a Director with Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors providing municipal and private sector clients with analysis and strategies on housing and economic development projects. From 2013 to 2020, Dan was the City of Madison’s Office of Business Resources Manager and Economic Development Specialist where he managed major projects and led a team helping businesses and developers navigate city processes and connect with resources. From 2004-2013 Kennelly held consulting positions with Vandewalle & Associates in Madison and AECOM Economics in Chicago. Kennelly has a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.
Geer LeBoutillier joined Quad Capital Partners as Vice President responsible for leading investment management activities. Prior to joining Quad Capital, LeBoutillier was a Managing Director at Hines in Washington, DC, where he led acquisition efforts in the Mid-Atlantic. Before that, he was an Associate with Shorenstein Properties' acquisitions team in New York, and prior to that worked as an investment sales Analyst at Eastdil Secured, also in New York. LeBoutillier earned a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and resides in Charlottesville, VA.
Kyle Roman joined Quad Capital Partners at inception and is responsible for investment management and capital raising activities. From 2018 – 2020, Roman was an Analyst in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Debt and Equity group (formerly Holiday Fenoglio Fowler), placing over $1.75 billion across the capital stack in all major property types nationally. Before joining HFF, Roman worked in Bank of America’s balance sheet lending group, originating new loans and managing a portfolio of real estate credit transactions. Roman graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics.
Zack Skarzynski joined Quad Capital Partners in 2022 and is responsible for all aspects of development and construction, from due diligence and permitting through leasing and occupancy. Prior to joining Quad Capital, Skarzynski was a Vice President at King Street Properties where he focused on the development of Life Sciences real estate. Before that, he worked at Pritzker Realty Group in similar roles, and began his career at Suffolk Construction where he worked for five years. Skarzynski holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University where he played Football.
