Situated on one of the last remaining waterfront development sites in Downtown Madison, One09 demonstrates Quad Capital Partners’ ability to identify and execute on high-impact opportunities. Acquired in 2021, the former SWIB headquarters has been transformed into a 340-unit, fully amenitized Class A community, setting a new standard for luxury living in an underserved market.
